Trade Licence 1559287 Dubai Chamber 645447
AGROHA Vegetables & Fruits
Trading L.L.C

From the farm gate
to a Dubai contract.

What the licence permits, how a consignment is papered, and which registrations are confirmed and which are not.

01

What the licence permits.

Trade licence 1559287 carries two active trading activities, Vegetables & Fruits Trading and Grains, Cereals & Legumes Trading. The memorandum of association states the same purposes. Everything we buy, sell, import or move sits inside those two lines.

The licence is what lets us contract, clear and invoice in the United Arab Emirates, under Dubai law, rather than asking a buyer here to deal with an unfamiliar exporter in another jurisdiction.

Registrations, confirmed and unconfirmed.

A procurement team opening a vendor file needs to know which registrations actually exist. The confirmed ones are printed on the licence. The rest are marked unconfirmed here rather than filled with something plausible.
